Last month, we celebrated the topping-out of our 4,500sqm expansion of Ormiston Hospital in Auckland, with the structure of the $38 million development complete.

The expansion, with expected completion in mid-2024, will almost double the size of the Hospital providing a new endoscopy suite with three procedure rooms, 15 additional beds, consulting and future expansion space.

As the only private surgical hospital in the Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau catchment, the expansion will significantly increase access to surgical facilities for residents of one of the country’s fastest growing regions.
