Purpose-built gastroscopy and colonoscopy facilities, leased to Endoscopy Auckland Limited (a joint venture between Evolution Healthcare and Allevia Health). The site comprises over 2,000sqm of specialist space, and in September 2025 Endoscopy Auckland (22 Kipling Ave), a ~1,400 sqm standalone dedicated endoscopy suite was completed.

Endoscopy Auckland (22 Kipling Ave) is the first private hospital in New Zealand to achieve 5 Star Green Star certification under the NZGBC Green Star Design and As Built v1.0 tool, representing New Zealand excellence.
