Buranda Health Hub is a proposed 6-storey ambulatory care facility to be built on a 3,036m2 site in the suburb of Woolloongabba, 4.5 south of the Brisbane CBD.  The site is located 200m from Princess Alexandra Public Hospital (966 beds), immediately adjacent to the Metro-South staff car park. The development is being designed to incorporate a day surgery, consulting and minor retail uses, and will have a targeted green star rating of 5 stars plus a vertical garden.

Princess Alexandra is one of six major tertiary facilities in Queensland and is the only tertiary hospital in Brisbane without a co-located private facility. The precinct is also home to the Translational Research Institute (TRI), Pharmacy Australian Centre of Excellence (PACE) and the Ecosciences Precinct.

Buranda Health Hub will deliver world class health and wellness services to the South Brisbane catchment. Sustainability is a key design focus, with the building targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating (Green Star Design and As-built rating tool). .

A Development Approval was received via Brisbane City Council in December 2022.
