Campbelltown, Western SydneyMacarthur Health Precinct Stage 1 is part of a broader precinct being developed in Campbelltown near the recently redeveloped Campbelltown Public Hospital.
Stage 1 is a fund through development on 4,744sqm of land with 100% pre-commit to construct a state-of-the-art Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Wellness Centre of 2,713sqm NLA.
Construction commenced July 2022 and completion forecast for early 2024.
