Coomera Health Campus Stage 1

Coomera Health Campus forms part of the broader Coomera Health Precinct and will be developed in stages across a 2ha site on the Gold Coast. Located in one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, the campus sits directly opposite a major, ~$2.3bn public hospital development which is expected to be completed in 2031. The surrounding precinct also benefits from established transport, retail and education infrastructure, including Westfield Coomera, Coomera Railway Station, and TAFE Queensland’s Coomera Campus.

Stage 1 comprises a ~4,180sqm, three-level ambulatory care facility offering primary care, allied health, specialist consulting, and complementary community health services.

Stage 2 is proposed as an expansion of the ambulatory care facility, consisting of an additional ~2,500sqm of ambulatory care services.

Stage 3 is proposed to deliver a 60-bed mental health facility.

Future stages are currently under masterplan design and may include a private overnight hospital and multideck carpark.

Development Applications have been achieved for Stage 1 and Stage 3.
