Grace Hospital PACU Refurbishment
281 Cheyne Road, Tauranga, Bay of PlentyGrace Hospital was acquired by Vital in December 2020 and is the only private inpatient hospital in Tauranga. It provides a range of surgical services including orthopaedics, cardiology, cosmetic surgery, urology and others. Grace is now a 58-bed, 9 operating theatre and dedicated endoscopy procedure rooms along with on site radiology and consulting services.
This latest refurbishment increases the Post-Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU) from 11 to 17 beds to support theatre demand and creates an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).
