Campbelltown, Western SydneyThe Macarthur Health Precinct is a staged precinct development in Campbelltown, strategically located near the recently redeveloped Campbelltown Public Hospital.
Stage 2 of the Macarthur Health Precinct comprises ~9,300sqm of NLA, designed to accommodate a short stay surgical hospital, GP clinic, pharmacy, pathology, medical imaging, specialist consult suites and other health, education and research related uses. Ramsay Healthcare are committed to deliver the short stay hospital, Sonic Healthcare are expected to establish a pathology collection centre and laboratory facility and Lumus Imaging are committed to expand their footprint in the precinct, following their successful integration in Stage 1.

The balance of the precinct is in the masterplanning phase and envisaged to include an overnight private hospital, life sciences, education spaces and multi-deck car park.
